Each traveler when on board one of Gem's vehicles enjoy the trip from start to finish; with chauffeurs that are trained to deliver an experience. Gem maintains its fleet on-site & periodically updates the fleet to ensure every trip is issue free due to a mechanical problem. Gem's one-stop transportation philosophy means each passenger has a wide range of fleet options such as executive vans, mini-coaches & even ADA compliant motor coaches.

Gem employs a group of key representatives who are experienced with handling extremely large events; with decades of experience in corporate event transportation, we are confident in our ability to provide a customized experience based on your groups needs. Prior to an upcoming event, our team will formulate a logistical, cost-saving transportation plan weighing out all the options available. Once the event is finalized, a group manifest will be formulated to provide clean-cut reports that outline itinerary requirements; everything such as equipment staging, departure & arrival times, passenger count, names, event signage, on-site greeters, flight monitoring and even baggage handling. Greeters and a Gem executive will be staged on premise to managing each segment of the event with active communication and a finger on the pulse.
