• Pre-event planning — Two to four weeks of planning for medium programs, longer for FIFA-scale activations. Manifest building, route advance, hotel staging review, credential coordination with venue security.
• On-site Gem dispatch — A Gem dispatcher physically on the ground at the venue from three hours before kickoff through post-event egress. The traveler and the venue both have a real human to escalate to.

• Premium SUVs (Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban) — Executive groups of up to six per vehicle.
• Executive Sprinter — Up to 14 passengers with luggage. The hospitality workhorse for hotel-to-venue runs.
• Mini Coach — 27 to 40 passengers. Mid-size buses for organized fan groups, corporate hospitality packages, and event teams.
• Motor Coach — 56 passengers. Full-size motor coaches for large activations, with Wi-Fi, USB charging, and onboard restroom.
