Sabre GetThere + Gem: TMC-Integrated Chauffeur Service

Sabre GetThere + Gem Worldwide: TMC-integrated chauffeur service
Travel management companies running on Sabre GetThere need ground transportation that behaves like the rest of the GDS-managed program. Reservations that flow into the trip itinerary. Policy enforcement at the point of booking. Receipts that post back to the program. One supplier across every city the TMC's clients fly into. Gem Worldwide is Sabre GetThere integrated — the same operational standard delivered through the same TMC tool the rest of the program runs on.
What the Sabre GetThere integration delivers
- Native GDS reservation — Gem trips appear in the Sabre GetThere booking flow alongside flights, hotels, and rental cars. Travelers and TMC arrangers see the full itinerary in one place.
- Policy-engine alignment — Gem's vehicle classes (executive sedan, premium SUV, executive Sprinter, mini coach, motor coach) map to the program's policy rules at booking time.
- Centralized billing — Trips settle against the program's corporate-card or house-account profile. One invoice for the entire program.
- Manifest reporting — Trip-level data exports for duty-of-care, sustainability reporting, and program-level analytics.
TMC partnerships Gem operates with
Gem is deployed with the major TMCs — Amex GBT, World Travel, Direct Travel, BCD Travel, CWT — and supports in-house TMC programs through direct API or SFTP feeds. SAP Concur, Saturn, Groundspan, and Neo1 are also live for programs that operate multiple booking channels in parallel.
Fleet supported through the GetThere channel

- Premium SUV — Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, or equivalent. Up to six passengers.
- Executive Sprinter — Up to 14 passengers with luggage. The corporate-group workhorse.
- Mini Coach — 27 to 40 passengers for offsites, conference shuttles, and team programs.
