Fortune 500 Global Ground Transportation: One Gem Network

Gem Worldwide chauffeured transportation

How Fortune 500 travel programs consolidate ground under Gem Worldwide

Travel managers at Fortune 500 companies do not want eleven ground-transportation vendors. They want one. One supplier that runs the same standard in 750+ cities, integrates with the same Concur and Sabre and Groundspan tools the rest of the program runs on, settles billing on one statement, and gives them one phone number when something goes sideways at midnight. Gem Worldwide built itself around that consolidation thesis. Family-owned since 1976. WBENC-certified. Direct service across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Coordinated worldwide chauffeur coverage in 750+ cities. One travel program, one provider, one experience.

What consolidation actually delivers

  • Consistency across cities — The chauffeur who picks up your CFO at Newark Liberty meets the same brand standard as the chauffeur who picks him up at Heathrow the next morning. Vetted, commercially licensed, in business attire, dispatched on the 24/7 Gem operations line.
  • Spend visibility — One Gem account, one invoice, one source of truth for ground-transportation spend across the entire program. No reconciling eleven invoices from eleven local operators.
  • Policy enforcement — Gem's vehicle classes and pricing structures are loaded into Concur, Sabre, and Groundspan policy engines. The program's rules apply at the point of booking, not at the point of reimbursement.
  • Single-line escalation — Travel managers do not call a different number for every city. The Gem corporate accounts desk owns the program end-to-end.
  • Duty-of-care reporting — Where is every traveler tonight? Gem's manifest exports to the corporate security team on a defined cadence. No piecing it together from receipts.

Member of the National Limousine Association, Chauffeur Driven Magazine, NJ Limousine Association, and Global Business Travel Association. $5M+ commercial automobile liability per vehicle, $2M general liability, additional umbrella coverage available on request.
