Global Corporate Transportation & TMC Integration

Global corporate transportation and TMC integration
The hardest part of running a Fortune 500 travel program is not booking the rides. It is making sure that the executive who lands at LAX on Tuesday gets the same experience as the executive who lands at Heathrow on Wednesday — same vehicle class, same chauffeur standard, same dispatch protocol, same invoice. Gem Worldwide has built itself to deliver that consistency across 750+ cities globally. Family-owned since 1976 — celebrating 50 years in 2026. Three generations of operational discipline. Now the ground-transportation backbone for some of the largest corporate travel programs on the East Coast and beyond.
The global coverage model
Direct Gem service across NJ, NY, PA, and CT — including JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty, Teterboro, Philadelphia, Boston metro reach, Washington DC reach, and the I-95 corridor. Coordinated Gem chauffeur coverage in 750+ cities worldwide, dispatched through one operations team in Woodbridge, NJ. Every trip, every city, settled against the same corporate account.
A typical multi-city executive itinerary
Monday: pickup at the executive's home in Greenwich, CT, drop at Teterboro for the morning flight to LAX. Tuesday: SFO arrival, hotel transfer, three meeting blocks across Sand Hill Road and downtown SF on an hourly chauffeur, dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant, late-night return to the hotel. Wednesday: Heathrow arrival, hotel transfer, all-day meeting block in the City of London, evening dinner. Thursday: Frankfurt arrival, day in the office, evening return to the US. All five trips booked the same way, dispatched the same way, invoiced the same way. One travel program. One Gem account. One reporting structure.
